    There's a lot online forums that gives and provides information's, articles to read which beginners can use as their guide the resources is already in the internet you just need to point out on what you really desire to know.

    hmm... I doubt... even after 6 years in this industry, I can't say I know 85% of SEO =)

    I'd also recommend just checking out Matt Cutts' blog and the "GoogleWebmasterHelp" YouTube channel. There's a lot of great questions answered, and it's a lot more accessible than most website.
