    Correct, Alexa is very easy to cheat this way. The thing is though, you need to keep the "cheap" traffic coming if you plan on keeping your Alexa rank, so its not just a 1 shot deal :)

    Alexa traffic really has no effect on the value of your site. The reason is because if you install the Alexa toolbar and send cheap traffic to your site or reload your site, that counts. They may have fixed the reloading issue, at least I would hope...
