hello everyone did you change today the profit mode to pay per sale?

 

i still can not do it, i hope i will can in 13h

its now my 8th day with pay per download since the server just reset...

when can i change back to pay per sale? because it says "Payment Mode can only be changed once in 7 days"

and I already used that 7 days and want to go back to pay per sale since its day 8 already

 

i've changed profit plan just 7days ago and i don't see in my account setting possibility to change it =/

System doesn't make mistakes. It counts exactly 7 days and then let's you change. (7x24h).

 

I got a lot of sale when im in pay per download, now that i change plan to pay per sales until now no sale Lol!

 

haha - stick with PPS it was better back when I used oron though now I don't use them anymore im on pay per download as I do not sell accounts anymore... im only earning $0.005/day atm... ^^ other sites though...

either wya - stick with PPS it will work out better for you

This one of the many emails I received from my groups which I am sharing with Oron for whatever appropriate attention they may deem necessary on the matter. I would not know how to react on the comment coz' I do not have the background and logic on the 15,000MB limit within a 3-day period. Perhaps Oron can enligthen us also why there is such a limit.. I normally post 7-10movies every other day with an average file size of 1-2GB that is probably why I am receiving this kind of comments..

"Too bad so many posters are using ORON. I let my 1 month expire because they have low download limits for premium users, at 15,000 mb within a 3 day period, which is useless when you post such large files. An alternative like FSV HF FSC would guarantee more downloads. I will NOT join ORON again. Not worth it because of the low limits. But thanks for the tease anyway."

 

i think x-pac the limit for 3 days is oron want to have more sales, it seems very well as a method to attract more users premiums, dont move that oron pls

 

The 3-day limit makes LESS sales because angry premium users will publish their complaints on various forums and scare away others from buying premium. Also, dissatisfied premium uses will not renew their account.

The only way the 3-day limit could make MORE sales is if the dissatisfied premium user buys a 2nd premium account and a 3rd premium account in order to have enough download freedom. It is very unlikely for someone to pay $20 (for 2 accounts) or $30 (for 3 accounts) per month for a filehost, no matter how fabulous it is.

To the new premium buyer, the 3-day limit seems like a dirty trick to make him buy a 2nd account. People do not like dirty tricks. Dirty tricks make people angry. Angry people are not going to give you more money, after you tricked them.

 

Please make high for Premium user bandwith.. 15 gb is so low.. please make high... please..

 

I am not aware of the reasons behind the 3-day limit but it looks like what thinkbigger said is what is actually happening as shown by the email to me and a similar email posted by Crazyt in this thread dated. Dec. 30th with the same subject. We would of course like to hear Oron's side on this matter to be able to justify the same to our downloaders and premium customers..

I am very aware of your request to increase the bandwith respectively the overall traffic that is allowed for premium users.
And I can assure you that I will personally fight in the coming days to increase that for you all.
ORON is currently working on many other great features that will improve the customer friendliness so it might take some time until the the decision is finally made. I will inform you all right away how the discussion will develop.
And you have my word that I will try to increase the bandwith for all premium users in that discussion.

I was into the - let me phrase it this way - "userscene" myself and I know very well that 15 gig of traffic is easily used up.
You have to see that it is NOT an "trick" because we have some excellent marketing experts on board at ORON that know very well that one bad review and one bad "mouth-to-mouth" talking counts for 10 good ones. This limit is NOT and "dirty trick". Thus it is not created to sell some second or third account. I can only repeat what I said above that we WILL discuss this matter on our next big conference and that I will mention all of your arguments. Please note once more that ORON is working on many other enhanced features so that the timescale is hard to determine. But I will inform you as soon as I can.

I am happy that I can show you some of our better webmasters. Note that this is some APPROVED posting because it is 100% anonymous.
You can see that it is easily possible to make above 500$ a day. Even 700$ a day. We even have some webmasters that make way beyond 1,000$ a single day. And for reasons you all will understand I can not tell you any names or account data. Every account is 100% protected and secure at ORON. So please search the forums yourself which webmaster might be that successful and ask him how he can reach those sales. All I can say is that it is important how you post and where you post. And remember that ORON does not and in no circumstance allow the sharing of illegal or copyrighted material. But I think this is known already.

NOTE: I will post a screenshot later when my account will be enabled to do so. This seems to be some forum wide posting rule.

 

Thanks FriendlyKnight for the reply. I am just giving my impressions, from a customer viewpoint. Whatever the ORON internal reason for imposing the 3-day limit, customers will make their own guesses and conclusions and speculations.

 

And those speculations are fast affecting our sales & Rebills. Another file host that has a download usage of 24GB within 24hours while others are unlimited whereas, Oron's download usage is only equivalent to 5GB per day. I post big files exclusive with Oron link in one niche and that is only about 2 or 3 out of my 7-10post that is why I get a lot of emails requesting for mirrors which is not conducive to PPS. So, I join the request to increase the download usage and elminate the 3-day limit.
