I can not send money from my PayPal account ?

    Why I can not send money to anyone's PayPal address ?
    While doing it I get error message saying " Verify your card". BUt card is already vefied and I hae been withdrawing money regularly. But i just can not send money.

    * Account Type: Personal
    * Status: Verified

    Please what could be the reason ?

    What card you using? Or verified just via bank? And also which country you belong to.

    No i dont have balance. But i should be able to send via my credit card.
    As PayPal use registered credit card to send money.

    Please make sure your credit card is upto date. I could see the problem with your Credit Card. Still the problem persist then contact support.

    I think you need to check the status of your credit the problem might not be in paypal but you can asked for support from them to know if your problem comes in their end if not then you need to contact your CC company to tell them about your problem..

    Same problem with me.
    I have 4 cards attached to it and all are live cards..

    But while trying to send to Paypal, it gave me the same error message.

    Looks like a problem with PayPal.

    You can't send money from Indian PP account to another Indian PP account using cc funded payment. Its not allowed.

    Yes you can't transfer funds from cc to another Indian PP account .
