Do you do it daily?

For how many minutes do you exercise on a daily basis? It might be just walking or jogging or doing free hand exercise at home. What is the average time that you spend doing exercise on a daily basis?.

On a regular basis, zero minutes I'm afraid

I do exercise only when I remember I have to do it, which occurs once or twice a month when I take a walk for long, long hours.

Awww, I was expecting something a little more... saucy. But no, I don't excercise as much as I should. Aside from dancing to the Wiggles with my daughter (when happens way more often than I'm willing to admit and is actually quite a workout) and doing yard work once per week, I only do actual exercises a few times per month.

I do one hour in the gym doing weights or cardio every morning,
and one hour sparring or doing (boxing) technique work in the ring each evening.

1/2 hour per day, but it should be more. I'm lucky enough to have a gym in my building, so I really can't find an excuse not to go :)

Because I'm very busy lately I can only spend few minutes every month. I almost forget the word "excercise" though. :D
