    When I search G for: debt consolidation

    On one computer I find my site at top of page three (#31)

    and on another computer on page 5.

    My site is debtplan.org.

    Where do you see my rank?

    It is because of:
    1. Google's Location based search results. Different location, different results.
    2. Also, the other computer may have different search settings.
    3. Your website may not have a stable rank yet

    In Google.co.in, it is not there in the first 10 pages also. Sorry I could only check the first 10 pages. Maybe it is there after that!

    Diff. result from diff. computer may be due to search history/cookies etc on those computer.. Try to clear all cokkies/search history and logout from gmail account(if logged in) after then try to search it again.

    it usually happen, when you open any site from your pc it will show more up on Google.

    check on on pc before opening.

    the location doesn't make a big differents, as long as there are no google place results. Only different countrys make a different.

    Make your SERP report by paid tool like rank tracker or webranking checker. if your making manual SERP report than delete its browsing data, clear all cashe.

    google search engine is very smart they do remember what you searched, which sites you clicked etc.
    Even the amount you spent on sites or the BACK button hit by you etc, that is an part of their algo to rank sites.

    It's probably because of the cookies and stored search history on the computers.
