Selling Fitness Blog To Sell. Already making revenue from Clickbank

Hi I got a site to sell.
Last month this site make me $40.14 from Clickbank.

That was the first money ever for this site.
I guess, the site is starting to generate income to me but I couldn't wait because I need some faster income.

Plus, I'm not really expert in SEO thing.

The stat I only plugin is only Statpress Reloaded on my wordpress blog.

Hi, I'm trying to rank for six pack abs, currently not at the top yet. (currently rank on #32 for google.com)
Anyway, I also rank for a few keywords, but not many are searching for it.

One of the reason I'm selling this site is because I got another plan on 2011 which lot easier to rank to #1 than this site.
