Buying service order page - php

    I need a form with ecommerce system.
    People will come my site to order.
    there must be a registration option, differnt user: normal user/client & admin.
    Into the order page, there will be few details (name, address etc) box + a file upload box (only limited extension will be allow)
    there will be few different package to choose, different package, different price
    after filling the order form, they will be redirect to payment system (paypal / moneybooker / google payment / amazon payment)
    after payment, they will be back at my site, where i welcome him back "thank you for order"
    we will send an email with order tracking page, where there will be a option to comment/reply by client/admin

    let me know, how much i need for this.
