    Proof of traffic and income please. You can't possibly expect anyone to bid on a site without that info especially considering that the site only has a PR 1. Also please verify ownership of the site.

    Ownership verified. I get about 300 unique a day, not a very reliable measure as it is a customised server. My other sites less popular than this serve over 1000 uniques a day so i suspect it is more. And ADWORD test i see 29 click throughs and impression of 34,903 representing 0.08%.

    Well I think you should give a lot of information if you expect to sell that site for $3K. Without any explination and proof of traffic and revenue what you sell is only an average designed website and a domain name.

    Yeah just seen this. I was checking the sites using MarketPlace link (marketplace.digitalpoint.com/) from DP navigation menu and didnt checked the date as it seems that app is pulling old auctions.
