Difference between ul extension .net, .com........

    I need to buy 4 domain for addsense.
    in seo point of view there is any disadvantages for domain extension.
    ===============
    Example:
    .com is the best google will eaily crawl the website.
    .info google give last preference to .info

    there is anything specific point is there like this for domain extensions
    ==================

    because i seen .com is higher amount
    .net and .info and some others are lower amount
    why this differentiation

    .com is basically for targeting global location & .in, .net, .us for local locations as per the country
