You want to try an link exchange site...there will be more people willing to exchange link there.

 

my clients need PR on the page where their link would be available. They don't consider high PR on home page. second your directory is not well built. make category. Multiple links on home page does not help properly.

I agree, it's a nice looking and nicely designed site but it's crying out for some categorization.

 

Further you can start making back links on high PR do follow sites.
