So I've reached the yearly income threadshold which instantly limits my account. Two weeks ago I've uploaded all the required documents (passport, driverslicense and electrics bill) but my documents are still being reviewed. I called them on the 29/12 but all they could tell me was to wait. I do not understand, if this is a matter of a routine check, how it can take so long. I have alot of money on the account and actually need it. Anyone have any expirence regarding this? Should I just keep waiting? :\
No, you should keep calling them until they remove limitations. If you have completed all things in the list then ask them to remove limitations instantly.
Try to give them call now again and let them know of everything (submitted all required documents etc.) and ask them to remove limitations immediately. DON.
If this is the case, keep calling them and tell them you need to use the money on your paypal, ask them when they can remove the limitation

The annual yearly limit I think depends on what country you from for EU its annual receiving limit of £1,700 but I think you can uplift such limit As for long limitations I think you need to call paypal customes service again and again or you can re submit your proof of details and info . My cousin has limited its account and she just e-mailed all the stuff and instantly they lift up the limit. But with your case i think it is much better to call them again and tell them that you have already provided all the stuff needed and asked them how to help you with your current problem
After submitting the documents generally it takes 24-48 hours to solve the problem and sometime it takes longer than that. There is no fix time for it
just call them and tell them that you need that money because you have a baby and NEED diapers. also that its freezing (you have no heat) cuz your electric got cut off cuz you cant get to the money, that its your only source of income. tell them your an honest person and you uploaded everything they asked you to, so can they please look at your documents and remove the limitation. BE NICE, never lose your temper or get mad. have a "worried and whiney" disposition and sound like your on the verge of tears. if you act and say that stuff then someone will help you and remove the limitations immediately. it has happened to me and works like a charm every time, even if ive gotten "refusal" from paypal employees just minutes before
I used to love paypal. I used to support paypal, I used to suggest paypal. I have had a paypal account for 6 years, never had a dispute. The end of 2010 the decided they needed to put a hold on my funds for 21 days. I was told this was because I withdrew my money too fast. They expect me to leave my funds in my paypal account. Sorry I got bills to pay! I managed to get in touch with someone important enough to remove this hold, after being told by several customer service reps, that it couldn't be done. The beginning of this year, they did it again. After threatening paypal with major public exposure, using a major PR firm that I do business with out of New York, they released the funds again... Do yourself a favor, and throw PayPal in the trash, sign up with a real merchant, use someone like authorize, or contact your bank. PayPal is bad. PERIOD
If you have document like passport and identity card properly and genuine you will get back your account within 24 hours
ya calling makes all the difference. they will connect you to a limitations person who literally has the power to remove the limitations instantly. there are sites where for CHEAP they will call paypal for you and deal with them. i believe its paypalsucks DOT com i am not sure though, so google it. also i have never used the service, i don't do anything wrong, blackhat, or illegal with my paypal account so I talk to them on my own.
Call them and inform that all your documents had been submitted perfectly, they should lift the limitations immediately.
Email support sucks with paypal.. Gateway of last resort is to CALL THEM instantly till they gave you what you need...
