    goo.gl is great URL Shortener. The problem is that you can't delete shortened URL's.

    I prefer using bit.ly instead.

    I also prefer bit.ly over goo.gl because in bit.ly, you can customize the shortened URL, even add keywords. That can make the shortened URL more clickable.
