I've been promoting a game guide from clickbank. I'm happy with the hop count because it's good and as of this time, there are 75 order form Impression Count but i just wonder why it is still 0 in Order Form Submit Count. What i've done wrong? or how i can convert those hops into sale?

I promote that product by SEO thru my gaming blog and it's doing good because i ranked well in SERP for related terms but how i can make a conversion based on that traffic?

Don't forget the other side of the coin too.

You can make great money from Clickbank as a product owner too. We usually talk about affiliate sales as the main way for newbies to make money. While, that is in some ways quicker and easier to get started, I know quite a few newbies who went the other route. They got their products into Clickbank, then leveraged the efforts of ClickBank affiliates to make more sales quickly. In the meantime they promoted their product on their own too.

 

I agree making this thread sticky can reduce thge useless one liner questions by a significant ratio.

How many hops did you get and what was the product.

Well, the biggest disadvantage of affiliate is that whatever successs you have you are going to share it with the vendor. So in short if i send 200 hops and 20 of them sign up then in the long term the vendor will be able to make sales through those emails without sharing a penny or i can send some visitors and they save the link in their favorites and decide to buy it in their mean time. So its a good idea to try vendor although you have to be making a very good sales page to attract affilaites.

Fantastic post..In fact, if I had read that earlier, I would NOT have made my thread....
But one question from my side as well, what's the best campaign strategy for newbies (is article marketing fine or SEO stuff as it is most less-expensive way and it requires ONLY hard work..While one can expand the strategies afterwards once the feet are wet)...

 

I reccomend you start learning SEO as it is required in every kind of marketing except PPC so when you have good knowledge on keywords, promoting etc. you can rank not only your site but also your articles high.

Actually I have been doing copy writing for the past 2 years and I am pretty aware of keyword stuff and SEO tactics...After all, the pinnacle is affiliate marketing I wanted to get into when I first started writing and web promotion. So I have now experience and will gonna try all your recommendations very very soon.

You are right. Clickbank can be profitable if done correctly. I have seen many ebooks that do not have this much information in them costing $20-67$. Nice work .....
