yup paypal sucks...try using alertpay ,neteller or moneybooker ,thy have limited my verified account for 6 months.

Sorry if my question seems so stupid :

We support all relevant countries for the partner program:

It means my country, Indonesia included in this program...at same grade ? because at others hosting, my country was put in minor grade ( D )

So....is it true that at duckload...my country got same treatment..only count based on earning download...without got that minor grade country paid term too ( at filesonic, they put my country on D grade, so even my files earn 1000 download, i only paid small.....)

Once again....forgive if i asked this...but i must sure about it first, that duckload only count pure base on earning download without that grade country silly term.

I hope you can understand what i'd try to ask with my limited english ability....

yes, all countries get the same grade, truly!
just to point out that, only 1 download is counter per IP in 24 hours.. so if a user downloads 10 different files, you will get only 1 reward points..

 

yes duckload pay for all countries at the same rate

I have duckload premium account when i try to download files i got this Error but on the other hand when i logout from my account and try to download the file its show's me download page. Its mean that problem occur only for premium account holders not for free users. This happens for all files not only for the single file I request Duckload Team to resolve this problem asap.

yeah this seems to be a big problem when it comes to them - no idea why it's caused at all... :S - though only happens when im throttled by my ISP - may be a time thing - as when not being throttled I can download a 700mb file with no problems (this is at 2.5MB/s) but when throttled I only get 500kb/s so... tkaes a lot longer... :S

hopefully duckload can give answers - who knows :S

 

Because of the ISP problems, we're working on that and most of them should got fixed today.
