See ultimately in my opinion, it is the individual who has to be true to their word to do the job or refund the money. Most online users know that PP has a system which they can get around easily. PP is a nerd, who doesn't understand a word, and they speak absurd, thats my word.

Well Alert Pay will review them properly and provide you a reverse if you have a valid reason.

For someone just starting, is it better to use paypal or moneybookers? I know that I will probably make less than 100$ a month while starting but I dont like the large fee paypal charges for each payment. What does moneybookers charge and what are the pros and cons of both systems?

I'm leaning towards paypal but since I havent yet set up an account I thought I would ask about moneybookers.

So I could really use your help people. I despise Paypal. They have done me wrong in so many ways I can not even begin to tell the stories. I probably do not need to as they have done so many others the same.

I need an alternative processor for my store that does not have an entry cost. Is there anyone out there, or is this the top secret monopoly?

What you are describing doesn't sound like a Pay Pal issue but more of an issue of who you are doing business with.
Pay Pal doesn't readily get involved with refunds on digital products or services especially if the problem is with who you choose to do business with and it is a consistent problem.

I doubt that you will have a different experience with any Payment option.
