We are an branding agency out of NYC and we are looking for a reliable developer with an experienced portfolio. We need solid HTML5 and CSS3 style websites. We want to build sites like this.

Sites like that jilinteractive one or like this one? I'm in NYC. Are you looking to hire on full time or outsource to a freelancer here?

There is a subform "BST" for this kind of posts. A lot of designers/developers hangs out there. Can't comment on relibility though.

That's just manager speak. Remember when everyone needed a Web 2.0 site? They don't have to know what it is, just that it's the next big thing.

Web2.0 is not a standard, just to mention.

No website needs HTML5 and/or CSS3 ... that's how it is. Not every browser is able to "understand" HTML5/CSS3 ... think of that

First of all, I am not laughing at you, only at the site http://jilinteractive.net

There is no HTML5 needed to get sites like this. This is jQuery action, nothing more and nothing less.

Second point is, you are new here and do not even know the rules of the forum.

Third point is, do you really think you will find really good webdevs/coders here that will spend any time for your "agency" to do the job? You do not even mention the name of your "agency".

We do not even know how you are, it is really better to post in BST subforum, someone will do it for sure (I wish I could see the bill and the code itself) :D

This forum is not about comin' here and do one post to find someone to hire, right?

There are other forums/websites where you can do that... to find a freelancer ;)
