    you can check casino, spoortsbook. or some healty.
    check in google affiliate networks ;)
    and where is problem make simple webpage ?
    take domain name and wordpress and make one site.

    you must read T&C in cpalead.com if they allow you make email marketing then you can do that.
    but your better way is make simple webpage and after then you can use yours referall links where you want.

    better is simple web page with your own domain name and hosting. Becouse cpa paying sistems not good approve blogs
