Kontera January payment delay

I am posting this thread,because i want to know any publisher got january 2011 payment.
Iam still waiting for my payment,I do not why they are delay,please give me a suggestion.

I feel sick with these companies they keep it delayed and make them sell more money they forget that they earnings because of the publishers.

Yes and even some of my friends also the same issue i will quiet them real fed-up with delays.

 

Delayed payments seem to be an issue with a number of these ad networks who waited to send out payments late. I could name a list of them.....

If anything it should have been done before the holidays. Seems that Google was the only smart one that I currently know of that sent it out early via EFT. Many of these ad networks should be able to understand that a number of people have everything set-up based around when they receive their payments and when they send them out late, it screws everything up. It's like telling a person working a 9 to 5 job in a convenience store to wait a few days until they get back from partying for the holidays instead of issuing out checks early and everybody being happy. Many will not do anything until publishers start complaining that they do something about it.

This is Jonathan from Kontera. There hasn't been a delay on our January payments. As always, we've started sending out Publishers payments on the first business day of the month, however because January started over the weekend this year, that meant January 3rd. Publishers should continue receiving their payments through the first week of January. If you'd like double check the status of your payment, please feel free to e-mail me at but I don't anticipate there will be any problem.

We start sending out the payments on January 3rd, but sometimes it takes longer for your bank to process the deposit and for it to show up in your account.

I'm talking in generalities though, if you e-mail me at with the name of your website, we can track down exactly what's going on with your account.

there is no payment to me too for jan 2011

 

today is 28th jan 2011 and still I am waiting for my payment... I have contacted my account manager Sarah Moshel and even contacted kontera but no reply

kontera pay they were just delay. so stop posting and making double post thread about kontera.

 

Everyone those who are reading this issue,please concentrate what am telling you people.
Actually i started this kontera thread on january,that problem was solved.

But the problem is i purchased a ebook from phildswd,it did not worked me.

But phildswd unnecessarily redirecting the problem,if he is a right person then he have to answer me about that ebook.

He simply redirecting a problems.

 

I am not received my payment of this may month,it is already 5th of may here.Please suggest me if any one received your payment of this month.

This is Jonathan from Kontera. The September payments are being issued by the end of the week. If your payment method is PayPal you should receive it by the end of the week, if your payment method is check arrival time will depend on the speed of the postal service in your country.
