Looks nice, but I personally liked more the old look. :) very good directory probably one of the best new free directories.

Thanks for the compliment. :D I still have the old design. It will make another appearance soon, maybe in a week or two....as a free template for download. I have to spend some time on it though, removing alot of mods and extra code I had added for my particular directory and my particular host.

nice neat design, easy to navigate. Its really nice to see you are committed to your work, its really one of best Free Directories i have seen so far.

BTW, don't you think it creates duplication within the directory, as "Guidelines" and "Submit Link" both are pointing to same URL...

It's very temporary. I will have a more detailed guidelines written in the next day or two and it will not be part of the submit page. Also, there is no duplication. Both links point to the submit page rather than two identical pages.

When you'll need to populate the old portprophecy template i'll put it on my template site in "Other Templates"! Sure it'll get lots of download because that old design was site of the month by PHP Link Directory in August 2006 :D:D:D

The new design looks very sharp. It definitely has added value to the user experience both for the submitter and directory browser. Really pushing directories to the next level.

I went to look at the World maps everyone is talking about, and got so excited I added one to France.
90% deleted! Wow, I only delete about 50% submitted to bigtangle, I still need to toughen up a bit!

    Good luck with it

I tried to submit but the submission form says 'Please select a category!' without showing the categories. Am I making some kind of mistake?

Try surfing to your category first.

Yes, you have to submit from the category you wish to be listed in. This directory has over 1600 categories already and will get bigger. Letting the user choose from a drop-down menu would create big problems, namely alot of submissions submitted to not-the-most-appropriate categories.
