    Where can I buy photos over the web and use them in my website? so the use of these photos will be legal and all that?

    You can get high quality images at istockphoto.com. they are not the cheapest but they have a great GUI and selection!

    I tend to use istockphoto. Every so often they offer images for free. Additionally I use sxc which gives you royalty free images for free. Worth checking out the terms of each image though.
