    Different workout for each muscle and you need work each muscle before 72 hours before last workout..

    I think asking for the fitness tips, you should go for the local gym and you will get the proper directions and tips to make you fit. Coz usually members can tell you here just the general tips or tips they can share after searching on the Google.

    So it would be good to get the tips from a body trainer specialist in your region.

    Amusing thread, if everything was so simple there would be no need of gyms and personal trainers in the end. Wait, actually there isn't really a need, but see people do expect it easy that's why such exist.

    There are tons of things that could be said on the subject, I don't know what we could summarize for you. :)
