    $3000 per month is not even 1% of an average adsense earners

    It will be hard to find someone who pay $50,000 for a group of websites (I think it would be better to sell them individually), but good luck with it!

    the hard part is not the $50K - it is the "group" that i think its hard to sell.

    oh well, i will try my best to work on them more and may be someday i can sell 1 individual site for $50K :)
