The first thing that comes to mind is "why?" Find a few people on blogger, and see if they will do a link circle, or something of the sorts. I just do not see the point in creating lots of blogger accounts just for the sole purpose of backlinks. If you want links, use digg or mixx. If the admins of blogger think your creating spam blogs, they are going to be deleted. There are other ways to get links then creating a lot of useless blogs.
I agree. You can still use sites like Squidoo.com, and wordpress.com. Just post content on web 2.0 properties with links back to your site within the content. Blogspot really isn;t very good for this. Also, you may wanna take a look at SEnuke. you can create dozens of these properties pretty fast.
I use a SEnuke alternative that is a one off fee that creates accounts fast. I can have accounts from zimbio, wordpress blogs, tumblr and more up in minutes. SEnuke also works but runs $127 a month. A one time fee product is better.
I meant create lots of blogspot blogs, update them with fresh content, and then put your website link on each blog. That works, no?

It's a waste of time. Blogspot now has a good system for removing spammy blogs. Ultimately your blog will be found and then it will be removed. There goes all your hard work with it.
