Gambling CPA offer

    does anybody knows a gambling cpa offer that pays high on a free sign-up with no deposit required?

    There are lot of bingo offers.. No deposit required, but yeah they will check the quality of traffic you sent to them. Like they need to register an account with their postal address. if people using invalid address then they will deifnately don't pay you. Like you send 100 people to them , out which 20 registered there. 10 entered invalid address and 10 people deposit amount to play game then only you will get paid for all 20 registered users. if 10 invalid address and 9 correct address and 1 person deposit money to play game then they will you for 10 people only which seems to be fair.

    Networks which have bingo ? Neverblue, adsmarket, glispa and many others.

    Well I'm not really looking for those bingo offers, I already use them they pay 2.60$ or something. I'm looking for real casino offersthat pay 10-20-30-40$ for free sign-up. I think then it is with credit card submit as well.
    I once came accross such offer I don't know anymore what it was but I know it excists.

    I found several gambling/casino cpa offers with great payouts (many are over $30 per conversion) on some cpa networks, but i dunno whats their requirements for conversion.

    Here they are: Epicdirectnetwork, Dandingo, Yeahcpa and Maxbounty.

    your not gonna find it, the ones that pay 2.00 to 6.00 per lead are free sign ups the ones paying what your looking for require something back in exchange like a deposit sorry
