BassHost.com - Please Review

Hello all,

I would like for everyone to review my site BassHost.com and to let me know what, if any improvements can be made.

Any honest feedback would be very helpful.

The site design looks decent. However, just somethings to point out.

-Fix the social icons on the homepage, don't just use links over the background, use individual images (imo).
-Don't use just pure images (i.e. the pricing table.). You will get slammed on SEO because Google doesn't get data from images.
-Make the logo have a link to the homepage when you click on it.
-Change the active menu selector for every page instead of making the Home button active on every page.
-The footer is messed up on every page besides the homepage - it's off-aligned and doesn't wrap.
-You *might* want to integrate WHMCS into your site to stay consistent and not look like a fly-by-night host.
-Add more personality to your site, it's plain (my opinion).

I can't think of anything else atm.

and ad live support i know i dont like to buy from hosting sites that dont have it

@david: we are working on fixing that along with making changes all around the site.

@matrix: we have actually been looking for a good script, but most that we have found just havent suited our needs. but we will have one hopefully sooner than later.

personally, i think the site looks clean. I like the short domain name which is very catchy. IMO I would change the title tag from Basshost - shared web hosting to just " shared web hosting" if that is the key word you really want to go after.

looks great...here is what i have to say..
1- Instead of writing Bass (host) why dont you make a nice logo and logo linking to home page would be more professional.
2- Find out more and order buttons doesnt look clear...use dark green and dark blue instead of light colors so that it will be eye catching.
3-make social icons a little smaller.
4-Since its a hosting site and I dont see you register domain...so why not get a contract with some domain registrar?

 

I like your logo so each to his own. Quite simple and something I would remember easily. Only slight tweaks I can think of are from an SEO perspective. Think about the keywords relevant to the website and the different pages and use Google keyword tool to check search volumes then create a unique meta title tag for each page about 70 characters long, this will help improve your rankings. You can start the title with BassHost on the home page but on the other pages I would start with the keywords then add BassHost at the end.
For example: Blog Hosting | Unlimited Disk Space Only $30 Year | BassHost

The design of the website is nice but it takes time to load. You can work on improving the loading time of the website.

 

I want to thank you all for your input. we are working on some changes that were suggested. I will make sure to try to make the pages load quicker, which is very important to me..., and i will make sure to keep the SEO aspect in mind. Thanks again. Appreciate everything.
