    Hi,

I know how you can get backlinks, but what do you have to post in a forum or blog when you want to make a backlink ?

    1. Do you only have to put your website URL ?

    2. How can you change the anchor text ?

    3. Where do you have to put your keyword ?

    Please help me out.

You can probably place the Links with Keywords in your Forum signatures. But always keep in mind that Forums are discussion groups and you should contribute to the discussion always. Simply posting in forums with the intention of placing links in signatures can be dangerous.

It's through simple HTML you can modify your link. Other times, it will be solely up to the webmaster or site owner to change your anchor text.

If you were to reference the HTML link you would find the answer to all your questions.

Do I have to do it like this: URL="http://www.testing.com"]I'm testing this[/URL]

( I left the [ out so you can see if i'm doing it right ).

But if I enter that in my own blog as a comment, it doesn't become a hyperlink.
I only see the text, nothing more...

    Am I doing something wrong?

You have to put a hyperlink text.
    Example:
    <a href="http://www.example.com">Anchor text<a>

That's very easy to do. All methods can be done like forum posting, social networking, etc. Yahoo counts both nofollow and dofollow links.

    Hi,

    1. Page level deep links would be more helpful than only put your website URL.
    2. You need to put your targeted keywords and their variants as anchor text for correct practice of SEO backlinking purpose.

    all the best,

You can put your link in forum signature, and link on your keyword when you do create links.
