    Link bait is the best way to get backlinks and the second best thing is to participate in communities and forums regularly and then do some articles.

    i dont think the above method are still effective but it worth the time to do it. what i do is building backlink from a reealy quality site via blog review :)

    I also agree...need permanent high pr links... so getting permanent do-follow links with a PR of 3 or higher is a strong backlink

    Do article marketing consistently, forum posting anddo video submission and you'll get enough traffic to make very good money. Doing 5-15 articles a day to your sites will make it happen.

    I think article submission and social bookmarking can really help you build solid backlinks. But I would suggest you to add more varieties on backlinks try to find forum backlinks from .gov and edu sites.
