Ugh, sweetheart that breaks my fucking heart. How about you read all the posts we both made before you post next time. I know he's got a point, but you're so fucking retarded you wouldn't know that.

i dont want to start another argument, but lets stay on topic and focused. I appreciate the support but lets not fight amongst ourselves. seqqa stated that he understands both sides of the story an finds himself in the middle unable to choose sides. That is understandable as that was my position for far too long. However, i think seqqa and i have moved past to point where we were arguing and now have an understanding about each others situation, and motivations.

can we please not do this. lets all move foward, focused on our common goal. We cannot fight amongst ourselves if we expect to accomplish anything.

Yeah. Every time an issue gets exposed, they'll fix it anyway they can. That's how they do it.

    Whoa, trollfest lol..

The widget tracking link and domain name isn't the only thing that has changed, we are also rotating the domains the widget resides on due to the increasing amount of "unblocker" programs out there that have blacklisted the "cpalead.com" domain name. I know Troy has touted our alexa in the past but he has been in error by doing so, pretty much every Webmaster/SEO'er knows that alexa is a pretty fudged number based on their tracking sources. Basically we don't care about the alexa rank, thats why we are fine with making drastic changes like domain rotation and tracking link swaps. Our alexa for the "cpalead.com" is only going to get worse and will slowly only begin to reflect our homepage traffic.

As far as the lawsuit goes, Thats between me and Facebook. I have said many times in our chat room in the past that there was a great misunderstanding and that the issue will be resolved as soon as possible (things move very slowly when dealing with a large company like facebook).

I'm really surprised and bighearted to see such a big company to scam people. The site has tons of visitors. Alexa ranking is 1406 as of today and they have committed a fraud like that?! We should have real strict Cyber law to stop Cyber crime.

I think it's time when we should have Cyber-police who can screw a fraud website.

Jason (DWCiacarus) was terminated due to multiple accounts and fraudulent leads done by IP clusters/Proxies. If he is truely only "your friend" he is surely lying to you about his promotion methods. there will absolutely be no appeal in his case due to the nature of the fraud. Also note his forum post to stir the pot was after his termination.

And the list goes on and on and on..

Pretty ballsy man, especially when you're the one being accused of 27 counts of fraud, computer crimes, etc.....

none of that is true and you know it, you're lucky im at work and will have to wait a few hours to post proof

Yea, he posted shit on your forums, so what, its a legitimate question for someone with an application pending.....DWCIcarus had a CPALead application pending at the time he posted that information on your forum. You responded by flaming him/banning him from your boards, and deleting the entire thread in an attempt to hide what is happening from your affiliate community.

DWCIcarus never had multiple accounts open at one time. You are clearly mistaken and need to pay better attention to what is going on around you instead of how much you are spamming facebook in a given hour. DWCIcarus had an account suspeneded. He was encouraged by CPALead staff to open a new one while he was waiting for his appeal to process. While you were busy defrauding facebook instead of processing his appeal, he started earning with his new account, which you terminated after he requested to be dropped to Net15 for 1k+ earnings. Also, Jeremy encouraged him to accumulate more money in his account before requesting the switch. This shows an intent to defraud DWCIcarus as the bump to Net15 could have been given at that time.

When DWCIcarus's second account was closed he was encouraged to apply for a new one and did. That is also when he posted the thread on your forums. I have proof of all this and im going to post it. Hopefully you can whip something up in photoshop to provide a decent response.

if he has a question about it why doesnt he just email jason about it? its not the community's business and the community can not answer what is going on.

i dont think your helping your friend by publicly posting his problems on an internet forum. this is a private matter and obviously he did something against TOS. they dont just terminate accounts for no reason.

man, i hope you have liscenses for all those copyrighted tracks you are monetizing. Hopefully the email i sent to the labels of the artists in your 'New Releases" section doesnt cause them to file a DMCA takedown request against you for making bank off their copyrighted content

    http://www.musicblasting.com, right?

anyways, it has come to my attention that CPALead and DWCIcarus are in the process of finalizing an agreement on his outstanding accounts. While the exact details were not given to me due to confidentiality reasons, i can say, he seems to be pleased with the agreement. With this in mind, i have invited and encouraged him to create an account and begin posting. At the present moment i consider the issue to be moving rapidly towards resolution and appreciate the good faith and efforts of the CPALead associate who took the time to listen to his appeal and come to this agreement with him

wow I loved this thread so much I had to jump in.. I hope it never dies!

You can tell by the way cpalead starts this entire thread with their bullshit little comments here and there they like to screw people and at least thought they could do it anytime...They love to make petty threats (i have seen this for a long time). Once they realized how serious and how many people were looking into the thread... they turned a big 180 and just paid him off basically like a criminal would do to the victim. The jury still wasn't happy with the decision.

Since that didnt work and people were still upset with the outcome and the way cpalead handles themselves in general, they had a new game plan. As you see in the thread.. its very obvious or very convenient cpalead decided to give away "percentage points" aka money for making posts about how great your experience has been with them. (to help cover all the bad publicity against them)... also noting digital point as one of the main forums to comment on.

I just hope this gives a lesson to the industry and mainly cpalead to not screw the publishers. If you have problems just pay out and close the account.

sad part is their staff still doesn't actually respond to anything and this thread has been going on for awhile.. I don't know what they actually do over there every day (except maybe plot when to ban pubs).

To the people defending cpalead b/c they paid you... wake up. Their attitude in the beginning of this thread should be enough and the way they carry the company is even more ridiculous.

He did basically tell the publisher that his HOBBY was CHILD PORN and to "find a new one"... suddenly everyone forgets once they paid him some cash. How anyone running a business would even think of saying such a thing on a public message board to someone is beyond me...oh yeah cpalead is his "child" and raping cpaleads reputation with the truth really hurt...his pockets im sure. They thought the child porn tactic would be enough to get everyone upset and not care anymore.. it worked for a few posts but luckily some people here look at the bigger picture.

it was quick payoff to stop the bad publicity against them...like any dirty corporation would do when caught

We wont even get into the fact that one of their main employees is accused of several counts of computer fraud and continues to be one of the "spoke persons" for cpalead about this topic on terms of violation.

    THE BIG QUESTION IS :
lets SUPPOSE raisarus used cpalead widget on an adult website ..
    >> WHY .....WHY THEY DID NOT BAN HIM FROM THE BEGINNING ?
    >> WHY THEY BANNED HIM AFTER HE MADE THIS AMOUNT OF MONEY ??

PEOPLE POSTING EVERYWHERE THATS CPALEAD BECAME A SCAM AND THEY ARE GOING DOWN .
I THINK SOME LAZY GUYS WORKING FROM HOME ARE THE OWNERS OF THIS CO...COOO..LETS JUST SAY IT A COMPANY ..
BECAUSE THIS IS NOT THE WAY A BIG SOUNDED COMPANY TO DEAL WITH THING ..
I SAW MANY , MANY POST LIKE THIS ONE ,BUT 12000$ IS PAIN ...

AND MR JOHN , MAN YOU SHOULD REALLY EDUCATE YOUR SELF AGAIN,TO DO THAT YOU SHOULD GO TO SCHOOL..
