:O how come on the 16th and got money from 2 plans? download/sales ???

 

I don't see why Comcast would care about filesonic but I could be wrong. Why not Hotfile or Fileserve or Rapidshare, etc. also? I think if it were a real problem then it wouldn't work at all and not intermittently. Filesonic has been down for me pretty much since Saturday as well although it worked in small spurts. Disappointing for the promo to say the least. It was working earlier this morning but totally down now. I'm in US also. It must be a Filesonic US server problem which hopefully they are aware of and working on. It seems 2011 has brought some bugs like in the past when weekends were a major problem. Everything was working really well lately so I'm sure it will be resolved.

 

yeah this is like the 3rd or 4th day in a row that late morning/early afternoon times are totally down for me. (pacific time, 9 or 10am or so...back up after 4pm) obviously still like 4 hours until I know if it will be up or down for me again. sucks

 

zero ones are not sale, they bought and then refund from paypal. I had same problem in the past. I do not know but..

 

Same problem here. I had 14 sales but 13 sales have been counted

 

my promo stats are wrong too

 

When you was sale 1 day trial premium account and next day you get 5.97$, it was 2 premium account. but only 1 premium account is counted to promo.

 

yes this is the point they missed.. 0.5$ are not included in PROMO. Only 30 day or longer premium sales are included in promo.

Hi technuttie. We currently do not see any issue on our side. and have a high load of traffic, please PM me your IP, we will take a look at this.

All other people having issues accessing site please PM me your IP I'll dig into this.

You must know there is a anti-brute force mechanism which can cause this, when our firewall blocks a user, there is no message shown to the user, the site will appear as completely down. We are working on a solution that will display an error instead so people can report false positives more easily.

The main cause usually is your ISP sharing IPs between many other users, and one of them is abusing FileSonic so security devices block it, and you at the same time. There are some other rare causes like carriers links between ISPs having issues, we have seen that in California some weeks ago.
