Here is the website. I need this coded into XHTML Strict.

    Global
    -Must be XHTML Strict Validated
-Subtitles must use Cufon font replacement
-All buttons shall have a normal, hover and active state using pure CSS (1 image)
-Shadows, Glows, and All detail must not be removed
    -Top text must be font-replacement

    Homepage
-There will be a Flash layer underneath the top menu and slider but above the background--coding must be able to accommodate for this
    -jQuery fading slider
-First slide will be made into Flash
-Free Price Quote form must be dynamic in size
-Testimonials have hover states, and size must be dynamic
-Blog entries have hover states, and size must be dynamic
-Right navigation ad "Economic website..." is a jQuery fade slider

    Subpage
-Navigation must be dynamic and easy to add list items

    Contact Page
    -Here is the map... http://www.variable8.com/v4/contact.php

Please PM me 10 of your best front-end XHTML/jQuery coding works, your cost, and your Google Talk.

    Thank you.
