my DP sinature has not been counted as backlink

    i have a backlink of my site in my signature,i have done more than 100 posts but these are not been counted as backlink.Could you tell me wats the reason?

    what checker you are using? are you using google webmaster tools to check the backlink?

    no no...em using google backlink checker...i hav more than 100 postson DP forum but it shows only two backlinks from digitalpoint forum....

    maybe you should try to use either google webmaster tool or backlinkwatch, then you can find all of them

    Yeah. I've used backlink watch and it's great. Cascandra was better though before it started acting up.

    use yahoo to check backlink, it shows more backlink than google shown
    backlinkwatch is same, it's taken from yahoo
    link:yourdomain.com

    even if google didn't show your backlink, it's still counted as backlink and will help your rank on SERPs
