Google and some other big companies definitely made unique logos for happy new year but I like the concept and design of this logo very much.

    http://cdn.unp.im/logo/2011.png

It is the logo of this site http://www.unp.co.in/

It is very nicely showing how sad the 0 (zero) is and how happy the new 1 of 2011 is :)

But I think the "Happy New Year" flag should be holding by the new 1 instead of the old 1, because new 1 brought new year so he should hold it.. what u say?

That was a nice logo. In the logo it self has already the message of saying goodbye to 2010 and a welcome to 2011.
    Happy New Year to everyone.

What about directly posting image link rather than putting link of site!

Very creative idea indeed. Maybe the old one is holding the flag because the new 1 is still a rookie, hahaha.
