i have one doubt when we posting old article google did not consider it duplicate spamming ?

 

No, there is no such case.. Google check the content with its stored data of other websites and it find it duplicate then it may not index your articles. See we only assume and say what Google update. I have seen that Google also index duplicate content.. but for better performance, unique content were preferred. atleast 30-40% unique content would be okay.

Spin your articles this way and you can use it multiple times:

Spin your paragraphs 4 times
Spin the sentences on each paragraph 4 times
Spin the words in each spun sentences and paragraphs

Time consuming I know, but this will produce thousands of articles that are unique thus giving you high quality results.
