hotfile - double account ??

I watched the forum but nothing I have found

my brother wants to start work on hotfile. can he open an account? is it allowed?

He has his own computer but we are connected to the same Internet

 

they do not mind multiupload accounts iirc

if the accounts are both free and for uploading then it's fine
if 1 is premium then it isnt
if both ae then it isnt

 

you should not register new account as referral from your current account.. then there should not be any problem..
but u had better use hotfile contact form and ask them to make sure..

Indeed it is a great site to work with if u know what to upload and when and they pay on time but there is one big problem
it is when u need to contact them it will take a decade to get answered if u

I remember they had one in 2008 but they don't offer support anymore, even in their official site!

So don't bother searching for it.
