stuff like buying backlink for $9.90 .
    Traffic for $5.90 .
    Keywords for $49 .

is it even worth it .?

    See,
the fact is $100 in iteself is nothing as marketing funds. Though you be able to purchase 20 fiverr/zeerk gigs. You can actually get custom Facebook Page, 200 likes and 2000 friends request with in $20 and then if you see profit, you can scale it up.

    Nice Idea..
I will suggest, if you are not good at Seo then use this money to learn or hire some seo consultant and work according to him.
Even you can get a lot in $100..

The best bang for the buck is to invest the money into content which can be used for article marketing and web 2.0 blogs.

Buy an ebook or internet marketing product that
    has unlimited support/coaching.

Or place an ad on FaceBook and promote a high-ticket
ClickBank product. Spend $20-30 for advertising.
You can get it all back with net profit withing 48-72
hours. Get Bryan Kumar's free FaceBook report.

    It's a goodie.

    Google Adwords.

You can find some very low cost keywords and drive quality but affordable traffic to your website. :)

the suggestion so far had been Super .

but i still feel that it lack . squeeze to get the juice out of the $100.

maybe like . breaking it into a few part and using it to the Max .

prefer whitehat SEO . which would not harm the web in long run .

True white-hat seo is just writing articles and guest posts, trying to make linkbait and hoping people link to you. This is not cheap and $100 will not get you very far.

I definitely agree with you here....

Content, Content, Content.... Which ultimately leads to powerful backlinks, and an increase in the SERPs....

I would use it to improve my website or content. Backlinks is important when the on-page part is done.
