Wiki-like urls worth ?

I would like to know if urls that contains keywodrs which includes non-english characters can be useful for SEO?

Such as :

www.ja.wikipedia.org/wiki/メインページ


Can " メインページ " be keyword for google or not ?

It this ok ?
Or do i have to change it to other utf8 type?

And in browsers such as Opera, Safari, FireFox my links are quite well, like:

mydomain/20-в-разделе-розыскивается-есть-подраздел-м.html

But in Internet Expoler it is so confusing, like:

mydomain/20-%D0%B2-%D1%80%D0%B0%D0%B7%%D0%B0%D0%B7%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BB-%D0%BC.html

Is this serious problem ? (Because people using IE may also post my links on web by copy-pasting my urls. (which can be good backlink for seo) )

Should i force people to use Opera, Safari, FireFox ?

 

if your link appears to be - mydomain/20-%D0%B2-%D1%80%D0%B0%D0%B7%%D0%B0%D0%B7%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BB-%D0%BC.html its not an issue as browser ma follow the same with displaying relevant result to the user.

 

Ä°t is ok with Opera, FireFox, Safari, Gchrome.
Problem is only when i use InternetExplorer
