PPS = Pay per Sale.. not Pay per Download.. its normal. only sales are countable

 

hello,
I try to download a file, which is divided into several parts, I downloaded a few now and the next still pops up "Download Error: Free May users only download one file at a time." Although it is not fetching any other file - is there any way to solve this problem?

 

if u r a free user, you can not download more than 1 file as free user, if u r premium user, problem is another problem, I'm sure when
someone may help you

same here takes a really long time and never really gets there either.

 

Yup me too - been like that for a day or so. I found that changing browser sometimes helps, and if all else fails clear your cookies - that usually works. Once I had to re-boot before it would work again, but other sites where working fine. Best guess is something a bit odd with the site cookies. Also keep getting the error message 'your browser failed to send a complete request in time' - usually after trying to create a folder or something similar. Doesn't seem to matter which browser I use - the error still happens (but not all the time).

Is there any chance of implementing a balanced download + sales plan like half of current download rates + 30% sales. This will benefit all who are switching back & forth between PPD & PPS due to uncertainty.
