    You can get mini site for free on the web that are just landing pages or link lists. No idea how useful they are on their own. But why not get a blog or anything like that. Then you can put some articles on this, which will be more natural for placing links there.

    I use social bookmark and commenting on high traffic forum with high PR :D
    It's work, and make it up on six or five line link on google result

    blog making is best no doubt because it have less ads and hi pr and indexed faster...
    move to blogspot,wordpress,squidoo,hubpages,zoho,typepad,livejournal,insanejournal and make 10 post on each of them and watch the magic in your rank :D

    Use different strategies and linkwheel. By that I mean use blogs, forum posts, articles, videos etc but link them together. Don't link them all to your money page - link to your other Web 2.0 properties which in turn will link to your money pages. Just my 5 cents
