google doesn't index my site

I know it's considered bad taste to post your own domain here, but I need some help from you guys.

My site www.alojateextra.com is a directory of articles on web hosting.
I have made all the SEO I can think of: posting on forums, directory submission, article submission, etc. The domain even has some 50 backlinks already.

However, it only has 2 pages indexed on google.

What am I doing wrong? Please help

 

have you submitted your sitemap.xml in google.com/webmasters ?

 

maybe most of your content are not unique. duplicated content will be punished by google

 

Yes, I do have a sitemap submited to google. No errors there acording to google.

I know that most content is not unique since I receive articles from a number of sites, however, there are a lot of sites that receive similar content and are quite well indexed.

I am still lost here

 

buddy i have couple of MFA site and all of them are using content came from article submission site.. so this means even if you are using a content that are not unique google will index you..

Winagain, how old is your website?

 

I think Google is getting tough on pure Article sites with duplicate content and its unfortunate because everyone suffers then !
