Entropay AND HDFC BANK OF INDIA is blocked now with paypal

    I just read this blog and its true i tried to make new account vcc and paypal its limited after so dont buy vcc now with indians using HDFC. maybe its saturated now and paypal auto traced the first 4 digit of vcc..maybe some vcc's still work but soon it will all be known by paypal.

    Bullshit post.
    Entropay and HDFC are 100% blocked by paypal since few days now. You use them for verification and your account will get limited instantly.
    I am sure other options are invalid as well, because PayPal’s verification is impossible now using VCCs.
    Get your facts right.
