okay... how about making a websites network...
I mean. I own several sites, and most of them hosted on the same server, and I add links pointing between them... sites with similar subjects.. is that considerated a blackhat technique?

It is always better to have back links from high page rank websites

 

You shouldn't lose your ranking just because a lower ranked site adds your link to their site.

 

You should probably use its relevant links to get your PR to the highest level.
