I do not think so that u will get cleared your cheque. Adsense account banned only by human review of the account. So when it was banned i am sure they cancelled the cheque alrdy...

Were you charged any fee by your bank because the check was returned?

Even more . He already said his check was bounced. He did not receive his money and will not.

 

So, now your check is back without a pay. If Google wanted to stop your check then they would require to spend another 15$ - 25$ to block your check. I was wondering whether this money is adjusted from the advertiser account or Google’s account.
