    Update your blog regularly with relevant information and promote it to forums and facebook and twitter. Because your blog is on blogspot so definitely google will give you positive response...:)

    In the initial stage try posting some trending topics related to your niche. Have a good interaction with your visitors. And finally undergo SEO too.

    yes, you can bring traffic to your blog by doing regular postings. and try to submit your blog links to as many social bookmarking sites you can

    Best way to optimize update your blog on daily basis try twice in a day if you can but make sure that your content should be unique and you should not bi-frigate from you topic
