Yes, Thilak is a Content Theif, scammer, spammer, cheater. He's a all in one fraud.

Sometimes he says he has 3000 unique visitors per day, sometimes 6000 and sometimes even 30,000. I doubt he even has 1000 unique visitors per day on his splog.

All who did not get their money back for the fake PR 6, please give him a negative iTrade rating so that all buyers are warned of this fraud.

 

That's very "kind" of you but some of us have bought more sites than you've had hot dinners. My offer was conditional, as were other peoples' offers. That means we would have done our due diligence before dumping money into escrow. My offer is still open. It doesn't look like the OP will return here but if he does and he can prove what he's got, and if I think it all adds up, I'll pay the money into escrow to complete a deal. On receipt of the site and checking it thoroughly and making sure it's 100% I'll instruct escrow to release the funds. If not, he won't get the money. Make your suggestions, yes, but who are you to insult my ability to make my own judgements?

I reported it earlier but I don't think the Site for Sale forum is highly moderated. If you click the red triangle above and right to your post count and report this thread then that will help.

 

This is for the most part an un-moderated forum....Which is starting to have a very negative effect as the scams here are becoming more and more commonplace and as such established webmasters are beginning to complain and soon will leave at which point DP may have some issues to deal with...

Hopefully there will be some smart policy changes.

And yes the Original Poster is a thief cheat scamming liar...but having read the whole thread... I think would have implied such...
