Paypal Transaction Problem

Well Now,

I paid $10 to my one of my freind,but due to some issue it was showing payment held in his account so refunded the money back to me.

And now in paypal in resolution center its saying requiring your action



So after i click on view it goes further and this page opens.



So please can any one explain me WHERE SHOULD I TAKE ACTION.

I have mailed them but yet no reply.

 

Give them a call..

 

Yes the best way is to call them and for sure your problem will be solved by them.

 

If you refunded geneerally there is an option where you can tell them that the transcation is already refunded

 

It takes a while for them to resolve it unless you give them a call.

 

talk with their support. it may take some time though

 

i have not tried calling them before, and hence i cant give any advice on that.
