    Hi,
I've got a blog about SEO, web marketing and blogging at: http://make-a-perfect-site.blogspot.com .
I wanted to use adsense but Google disapproved my account.
    What's the problem? Please help!

What part of the world to you live? I only see November and December entries. They may think it is not old enough yet. Add a privacy policy, terms of service and that kind of thing. Get a few backlinks from some popular sites. Some people say they have a difficult time getting approved with a free one like blogspot, while others are lucky. I hear it depends sometimes on where you live in the world. I never tried with a freebee like blogspot, but my own top level domain .com in the u.s. it only took 24-36 hours.

Where are you from? For some countries, Google requirement is that your blog need to be actived for at least 6 months. Your archive shown that it's only 2 months. Keep applying, eventually you'll get an account. I heard some people here applied like 20 times or more before they get the approval.

Thanks. I live in Hungary (Central-Europe). Yes I know I only started posting in November but the blog was created in July.
I have exchanged link about 3 times. (I've got 1 PR0, 1 PR2 and 1 PR3 links pointing to me). And also my blog is submitted to all major web directories.
