Only annoying thing about this service is the Turnaround Time... it really takes a heck of a long time to see the report. It says 10 days in your OP but that's not true. It took a week before I received my articles for approval then I suppose it will take another 10 days for submissions, so turnaround time seems to be 17 days to me.

 

I suppose it could take longer sometimes, if they are good and get a lot of orders then things do get backlogged

 

I would rather it takes as long as they take but I get the results I have been getting. Unless you are new in the game, there aren't any service out there that can match the value of what they are offering. And yes as Vernon mention, they are getting popular, and amen to that, well deserved. I wish I had them to just myself. 15 days is nothing, in my experience companies takes 3 to 6 months to help get the results I have been receiving.

 

Yes, i understand this part very well, it is not a great feeling, but then when it comes to managing staff of 23 and getting things done 'my way' to ensure 'quality' it does take more than what is announced here, though we ensure that the submissions are completed within the said timeframe of 12 days, the report generations do take longer time as that is the most time consuming factor since we try to extract maximum number of published articles, this finding is not just from google, but my staff logs in to each author account of mine and copies the published urls, though i have automated this part, that too takes long time as it hogs a lot of server resources and so staff has to resort to manaul methods to keep up with the customers requirement. My opening post only says about 10 days to report which i have changed somewhere in the middle of the thread to add 10 business days, it excludes Saturdays and Sundays. There are service providers who blast it across in 2-3 days and send you the reports, but i can say it is not possible to do it manual, it got to be automated stuff and i hate it. My staff does the submissions in batches and with PR and many factors including auto approvals directories (where we submit first) then depending on the time period of approvals we delay the submissions, it is not that we see results just by doing simple submissions, we keep discovering new sites and new ways to improve the quality of our services and that is why we are different, the only complaint i get is for delays, i am right now working on a system to cut down the delays. More about it at the end of the thread...........

We have identified areas where we get delayed, it is between the ordering to writing activities, then spinners taking their time, then submission staff starting the activities, we have found lags in all these activities, time from when one phase ends and time to when another phase starts there are lags, so we are in the middle of creating our own proprietary Project Management System, which can handle all these stuff. Right from ordering to reports you interact with this project management system, you will get updates right inside the system, you can send request to writers, spinners and submitters right from inside of the system, you will get mails with updates on regular basis or when the order is transitioning from writer to spinner to submitter, you will get the reports to see right inside the system as well as you will receive mails with reports as attachment and i am as always available right inside this system where you can do live chat with me or my staff on any queries. This system is currently under testing and it should go live anytime in next couple of months.

After all this improvements and value additions, the price still and will remain same at $19 i am not passing on the cost to you.
