Technical problem with blog commenting

I don't know if the problem is with my computer, but during the past couple of days, there are many (unrelated) blogs, that whenever I try to post a comment, I get redirected to a blank page and my comment isn't submitted.

Anyone can advise what could be the reason?

It could be with your computer blocking pop ups, not allowing java, cache needs to be emptied, time outs from your ISP and so on.
Or it could be the sites themselves blocking your IP, not allowing comments, or just not functioning properly.

If you comment for backlinks regularly without reading the articled and contributing something besides "Nice post, I have often thought about this. I have book marked this article. Thanks", you will eventually start to get blocked from sites. I block IP addresses and emails everyday because of comment spammers.

Yeah! These can be the possible reasons.

It is possible that your email address is flagged as spam by akismet.

Try to comment using the same email address in your blog to see if this thing happens too (make sure you have akismet).

Spam need to be totally avoided in blog commenting. Or else none of your comments will be shown up. So you are required to provide a proper comment related to the article. Or else you may get blocked. In some websites, you may be taken to the blank page, if your comment is awaiting moderation. Check it out..

It seems like your email is flagged as spam. Try on your friend's blog that without Askimet and see how thing goes on.
