Best PPC network on my site

i have a ebook site, and i want a ppc network... i use adbrite (but is a problem whit them and the ads don't appears on my site), ity.im (are great, pay 0.12$/us click), chitika, also great, in 5 days i have +63$ and clickbooth, in 5 days i reach 75$, and infolinks (8 clicks=1.23$/day)... and, now i want another ppc network (no adsense please), whit payments in paypal please

It may take up to 30 minutes before advertisements will be shown on your website, so that might be why you are seeing the default ad.
You should keep in mind though that the minimum price isn't the only factor that affects which advertisements are shown on your page. It also depends on your category, and displaying type (Text or Graphical or Both). And for graphical ads the zone needs to be of the correct size of course.

I keep them on the site yet ... but pay NET 30 ... and clickbooth, pay check ... I hate check payments ... and still looking for a network to put on the site, to pay up after a few days of the request, and pay paypal ... I need money for the university

i hate bidvertiser... cpc is very low... 4 cents/click, when, whit chitika, clickbooth and ity.im i made over 0.12-0.2$/click (from US traffic)
